$1095 January

$1595 May, June, July, August & Thanksgiving
$1795 Easter, Christmas & New Year
$210 Pool & spa heat
Weekly rates include: all utilities, end of stay cleaning & 12% tax
Payment is by credit card through PayPal.
We require a $380 per week rental booking deposit.
Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive this deposit and the return of a completed booking form.
Final payment, including a $380 refundable security deposit, will be required 6 weeks before you arrive.
Rentals are usually weekly or longer.
We can offer 4-6 nights for some dates.
A $105 cleaning fee will be added for stays of less than 7 nights.
Pool and spa heating are recommended from October to May and are available throughout the year.
